Teresa Musser is a Human Services Program Specialist in the Bureau of Policy, Programs and Operations with the Office of Children, Youth and Families. Within the Division of Programs, SWAN/Independent Living unit, Teresa’s serves as Pennsylvania’s Independent Living Coordinator. As the Independent Living Coordinator, Teresa is responsible for the Chafee Education and Training Grant and is the primary contact for county and private provider Independent Living Coordinators.
Patricia Landis
Interim Deputy Secretary of the Office of Postsecondary and Higher Education @Pennsylvania Department of Education
Patricia Landis was named Interim Deputy Secretary for Postsecondary and Higher Education in the Pennsylvania Department of Education on October 1, 2020. Prior to stepping into this position, she served as Bureau Director of Postsecondary and Adult Education and as Division Chief of Higher and Career Education. Patty has worked in postsecondary education at the PA Department of Education for more than 19 years. She was also Director of International Education at Alma College in Michigan, director of an international education project at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland, and a U.S. Consular Officer in Mexico and Bolivia. She holds a B.A. from Bucknell University and an M.A. from University of Maryland.
Isaac Greene
Program Management & SGSP Client Operations @Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency
Isaac Greene has been with the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency since 2006, starting with the Federal Family Education Loan Program & Direct Loan management and moving to Public Affairs in 2011 to manage the PA State Grant and other scholarship programs. Isaac has been involved in the development and operation of the Fostering Independence through Education program (FosterEd).
